Following the merger of the Men’s Saturday, Men’s Sunday York Football League, the York and District Youth Football League, the City of York Girls Football League and the Scarborough and District Minor League ahead of the 2025/26 season, it is important that with 100 Clubs and  680 teams, all communication with the league is directed to the correct individual depending on the subject matter.

ALL EMAILS SHOULD ALWAYS INCLUDE A SUBJECT TITLE RELATIVE TO THE CONTENT OF THE EMAIL AND ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR CLUB NAME, ROLE, TEAM NAME, AGE GROUP AND IF RELATING TO A PLAYER, THEIR FAN. 

All league committee members are volunteers so all emails sent to a committee member should also be sent to either,

Aimee Leonard - Adult Men’s Saturday, Sunday and U19 teams.

Callum Guy - Youth (U7 to U16) and Girls (U9 to U18) teams.

Should any team need to request a postponement for any reason then please do not send an email, you must complete an online postponement request form so all requests are collated centrally.
